What is vppbox?

Can vppbox read my letters?

No. Letters are encrypted on the sender's device before they reach our servers. We hold no key. We cannot read your messages.

Why do letters disappear after 24 hours?

vppbox is built for transit, not storage. Unread letters expire in 24 hours. Once opened, a letter stays for 24 more hours, then it is gone for good.

What information does vppbox store?

Only your box number, subscription status, and stamp balance. No email address, no name, no location. We never store message content.

What is the difference between plans?

Accepted Answer

Small ($9/yr): receive and send up to 20 letters per day, extra with stamps. Medium ($13/yr): up to 50 per day. Large ($23/yr): up to 100 per day, plus a custom box number and a business card shown to senders.

Question 6

What if I forget my keys?

During setup you get a 4-word backup phrase. Write it down and keep it safe. It is the only way to recover access if you forget your keys. We cannot reset them for you.

Who handles my payment?

Paddle. They handle billing, VAT, and invoicing. vppbox never sees your card details.
